Pasty T. Mink Leadership Alliance
The Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance was launched in 2016 to increase the representation of women executives in Hawaii. Today we celebrate an alumni base of 171 Mink Leaders representing diverse industries including Finance, Health, Energy, Education, Insurance, Construction, Legal, State and Government Agencies as well as Entrepreneurs and Non-Profits.
The Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance is a 10-month program designed for professional women leaders and entrepreneurs who are committed to personal growth, professional impact, and community leadership. This program further develops management and leadership skills in an effort to increase the representation of women executives in Hawai‘i. Through facilitated sessions, the cohort will have the opportunity to engage directly with established business professionals and build alliances with fellow Mink Leaders.
Wahine Rising
Wahine Rising is a 30-hour leadership program created to help elevate our future women leaders. This program focuses on potential women leaders looking to build core competencies. Through facilitated classes and our Mink Wahine Leadership events, the women will learn about various leadership issues and topics that are relevant to their personal and professional development.

Mink Wahine Leadership Series
MCBL hosts four Mink Wahine Luncheon events throughout the year. The events focus on various leadership issues and topics that are relevant to professional women in Hawaii. MCBL is now offering three luncheons as a poolside chat format and a year-end pau hana to enable attendees to deepen their connection with featured speakers and hosts and network with each other.

Mink Wisdom Series
Join us for a fireside chat with experienced Hawai'i women executives on leadership lessons. These evening events take place in beautiful Café Julia, providing an intimate setting for a casual discussion, Q&A, and opportunities for networking. At each event, we will be offering heavy pupus and one drink ticket per attendee.

Women Rise Collective
Women Rise Collective is a program designed for seasoned women Executive Directors with a minimum of five years of experience in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations.
This program takes an introspective approach to nonprofit leadership development. Through four months of facilitated learning sessions, participants are guided to examine their lived experiences, deepen self-awareness, and apply key insights directly to real-world leadership challenges. This approach bridges personal growth with practical application, empowering women to lead with intention, confidence, and authenticity.
